WSS-M1A368-A31 HRDP600/WSS-M1A368-A32 HRDP800 These two steels are hot-rolled dual-phase steels that meet Ford Motor Standards. WSS-M1A368-A31 represents Ford's corporate standards and serial numbers. HRDP refers to hot-rolled process ( Hot rolled) dual phase steel (Dual phase steel).
Duplex steel is a high-strength steel composed of ferrite and a small amount (volume fraction <20%) of martensite, also known as martensitic dual-phase steel. It is obtained by critical zone heat treatment or controlled rolling and controlled cooling process [1]. This kind of steel has the characteristics of no obvious yield platform, low yield point and high initial work hardening rate. It is a new type of stamping steel with high strength and good formability. The development of dual-phase steel is of great significance to the development of lightweight and high-strength automotive panels, and has been widely used in the automotive manufacturing industry.
