Product Description

WSS-M1A368-A91 HRMS1200/ WSS-M1A368-A92 HRMS1400 are two hot-rolled martensitic steels that meet Ford standards.
The microstructure of martensitic steel (MS-MartensiticSteel) is almost entirely martensite. Mainly through rapid quenching of high-temperature austenite structure into lath martensite structure, which can be realized by hot rolling and cold rolling. Martensitic steel has high tensile strength, and its maximum strength can reach 1600MPa. Tempering treatment is used to improve its plasticity, so that it still has sufficient formability under such a high strength. It is currently the steel with the highest strength level among commercial high-strength steel plates. Usually only roll forming can be used to produce or stamp parts with simple shapes, and it is mainly used to form parts such as door bumpers with low requirements to replace tubular parts and reduce manufacturing costs.
