Audited Supplier SPHC is a hot-rolled thin steel sheet that belongs to general-purpose steel products under the JIS G 3131 standard. The chemical composition of SPHC is: carbon (C) does not exceed 0.15%, manganese (Mn) does not exceed 0.60%, phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S) do not exceed 0.050%. The mechanical properties of SPHC are: the tensile strength is not less than 270 N/mm2, and the elongation varies with the thickness, ranging from 27% to 31% from 1.2 mm to more than 4 mm. The applicable thickness of SPHC is 1.2 mm to 14 mm. The main purpose of SPHC is to manufacture pipes and other general processing steel plates and strips.
