3J1 (3J01)

The elastic alloy strip has the characteristics of high strength, high elastic modulus, small elastic aftereffect and hysteresis, weak magnetism, good corrosion resistance and thermal stability, etc., and can be used at high temperature and large Work under stress or corrosive medium conditions. 3J1 can work below 250ºC. This type of alloy can also be used at low temperatures (such as near -200°C).

3J1 (3J01) elastic alloy wire is a nickel-chromium-iron austenitic precipitation-strengthened high-elastic alloy. After aging, it can obtain high elasticity and high strength, and it has corrosion resistance and weak saltiness.

The main characteristics of high elastic alloys are high elastic limit, proportional limit, fatigue strength, low elastic hysteresis, elastic aftereffect and stress relaxation rate. High elastic alloys also have heat resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and magnetic properties. .
