4J34 
4J34 is a ceramic sealing alloy developed in combination with the characteristics of my country's ceramics. The alloy has a linear expansion coefficient similar to that of 95% Al2O3 ceramics in the temperature range of -60 ° C to 600 ° C. It is mainly used for matching and sealing with ceramics, and is an important sealing structure material in the electric vacuum industry.
4J34 heat treatment system standard stipulates the expansion coefficient and the performance test sample of low temperature structure stability, heat to 900ºC±20ºC in protective atmosphere or vacuum, keep it for 1h, cool to below 200ºC at a speed of no more than 5ºC/min, and release it from the furnace .

4J34 Application Overview and Special Requirements
The alloy has been used by aviation factories for a long time and has stable performance. It is mainly used for sealing electric vacuum components and Al2O3 ceramics. Manufacture electrodes, lead-out disks and lead-out wires of large electron tubes and magnetrons. In use, the selected ceramics should match the expansion coefficient of the alloy. When selecting an alloy, the microstructure stability at low temperature should be strictly tested according to the service temperature. Appropriate heat treatment should be carried out during processing to ensure that the material has good deep drawing and drawing properties. When using forgings, their airtightness should be strictly checked.
