1J85 permalloy is an iron-nickel soft magnetic alloy with extremely high magnetic permeability under weak magnetic field. In order to increase the resistivity and improve the process performance, Mo, Cr, Cu and other elements are often added to the Fe-Ni binary alloy. In addition to Fe-Ni alloys, Permalloys also belong to Fe-Si-Al alloys and amorphous cobalt-based alloys. Permalloy has excellent soft magnetic properties, the initial magnetic permeability μi is 37.5-125mH/m, the magnetic permeability μm can reach 125-375mH/m, the coercive force Hc is 0.8A/m, and the resistivity ρ is 60- 85μΩ·cm. The alloy is smelted in a vacuum induction furnace, and is made into cold-rolled strip, cold-drawn wire or hot-rolled (forged) plate and bar through hot-cold plastic deformation. Used to make audio transformers, transformers, magnetic amplifiers, magnetic modulators, chokes, audio heads, etc.
The main magnetic properties of 1J85 soft magnetic alloy are:
(1) Low coercivity (Hc) and hysteresis loss (Wh); (2) High resistivity (ρ) and low eddy current loss (We); (3) Initial permeability (μ0) and permeability The rate (μm) is high; the permeability (B/H) of some alloys remains constant in the low magnetic field range; (4) the saturation magnetic induction (Bs) is high; (5) the hysteresis loop of some alloys is rectangular, rectangular It is higher than the remanence/magnetic induction (Br/Bm). These magnetic properties are closely related to the structural state and composition of the alloy.
The initial conductivity of 1J85 permalloy alloy Curie temperature = 410 ° C, saturation induction = 0.8 T, resistivity = 55 μ Ω cm, with high magnetic permeability (74 ~ 82) magnetic properties, low coercive force and low loss value, for The weak signal is sensitive, the resistivity is higher than that of 1J79, but the saturation magnetic induction is low (this is the technically achievable magnetic permeability and very low coercive force value.), the influence of stress on magnetism is obvious. Therefore, after the product is finished, the final heat treatment for magnetic properties should be done: in dry hydrogen or cracked ammonia (dew point temperature <-40°C).
